Bournemouth have made it clear that rising star Eli Junior Kroupi will not be sold this summer, despite growing interest from Europe’s biggest clubs.
The 19-year-old forward has enjoyed a breakout season in the Premier League, attracting attention from teams such as Arsenal, Barcelona, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
His performances have quickly turned him into one of the most sought-after young attackers in Europe.
However, Bournemouth’s stance is firm. Club executive Tiago Pinto has confirmed that Kroupi is not for sale under any circumstances, pointing to the long-term contract the Frenchman signed, which runs until 2030 and does not include a release clause. Even reports suggesting potential offers of up to €100 million have not changed the club’s position.
Bournemouth’s refusal to sell comes despite significant squad turnover over the past year, with several key players already departing. Kroupi, however, is viewed as central to the club’s future plans, especially as they push for a potential place in next season’s Champions League.
The forward’s rapid rise explains the level of interest. Capable of playing across multiple attacking roles, Kroupi has combined versatility with consistent output, scoring 12 league goals in his debut campaign. His movement, ability to find space and finishing with both feet have made him a constant threat, particularly with late runs into the penalty area.
For interested clubs, the message is clear. Bournemouth are building around Kroupi, not preparing to sell him.
