Own Goal Denies Krylya Sovetov in 1–1 Draw with CSKA Moscow

PFK Krylya Sovetov Samara were forced to settle for a 1–1 home draw against PFC CSKA Moskva on RFPL matchday 25, as a late own goal cancelled out their hard-earned advantage.

In a tight contest with limited clear openings reported, the first half passed without goals but did feature early disciplinary action. Krylya defender Sergey Bozhin was booked in the 19th minute, while CSKA’s Danila Kozlov saw yellow on 40 minutes. The visitors also made two first-half substitutions, with Matheus replacing Kirill Glebov in the 43rd minute and Moisés coming on for Kozlov a minute later, hinting at tactical adjustments or fitness concerns.

The breakthrough arrived on 65 minutes. Ivan Oleynikov put Krylya Sovetov in front, finishing a move created by Maksim Vityugov, whose assist unlocked the CSKA defence. The goal shifted momentum towards the hosts, though Fernando Costanza received a yellow card immediately after the opener, underlining the game’s growing intensity.

CSKA pushed back and were handed a route back into the match ten minutes later. In the 75th minute, Bozhin, already on a booking, diverted the ball into his own net, bringing the visitors level at 1–1. No CSKA player was credited with an assist on the equaliser, which came against the run of the scoreline rather than through a clear attacking move.

Both coaches turned to their benches in the closing stages. Oleynikov made way for Mihajlo Banjac in the 76th minute, with Jimmy Marín and Vladimir Ignatenko also introduced for the hosts, while CSKA had earlier brought on Tamerlan Musaev and Matija Popović just after the hour mark. Banjac was later booked in stoppage time as Krylya pressed for a winner that never came.

The match finished level, leaving Krylya Sovetov and CSKA Moscow to share the points. Detailed data on shots, possession and further chances was not available at the time of writing. For more on the RFPL and this fixture, visit the RFPL page or the full match report.
