Martínez and Caicedo on target as Tigre and Huracán share the points
CA Tigre and CA Huracán played out a 1–1 draw in the Liga Profesional Apertura on matchday 15, with both goals arriving after the interval in a tight contest decided by key attacking moments and a flurry of second-half substitutions.
After a goalless first half, Tigre broke the deadlock in the 48th minute. Gonzalo Martínez finished a move created by Ignacio Russo, putting the hosts 1–0 up and briefly in control of the match. Martínez’s contribution was short-lived on the pitch, however, as he made way for Santiago Lopez just over ten minutes later in a double change that also saw Nahuel Banegas replace Federico Álvarez.
Huracán responded on 65 minutes. Jordy Caicedo converted after good work from Leonardo Gil, levelling the score at 1–1 and swinging the momentum back toward the visitors. Caicedo remained heavily involved and later entered the referee’s book with a yellow card in the 84th minute.
