Atalanta Sweep Past Lecce with Clinical 3–0 Away Win in Serie A

Atalanta BC produced a composed and clinical performance to defeat US Lecce 3–0 away on Serie A matchday 31, tightening their grip on a European push in the 2025–26 campaign.

Lecce sought a response immediately after half-time, introducing Omri Gandelman for Sadik Fofana at the restart, but Atalanta struck again before the hosts could establish momentum. On 59 minutes, Nikola Krstović doubled the advantage, again assisted by De Ketelaere, to put the Bergamo side firmly in command at 2–0.

Coach Gian Piero Gasperini’s side then turned to their bench to manage the game, with a double substitution in the 63rd minute seeing Giacomo Raspadori and Mario Pašalić replace Nicola Zalewski and Marten de Roon. The change paid off quickly: in the 73rd minute, Raspadori added Atalanta’s third, finishing from a Pašalić assist to seal a dominant away display.
