Rotherham United claim composed 2–0 win at Leyton Orient in League One

Rotherham United strengthened their League One standing with a composed 2–0 away victory over Leyton Orient on matchday 44 of the regular season.

The visitors took control midway through the first half. In the 24th minute, Harry Gray opened the scoring for Rotherham, finishing a move created by Daniel Gore to make it 1–0. That early breakthrough allowed the Millers to settle into the game and manage the tempo against an Orient side forced to chase.

Rotherham made a defensive adjustment at the break, introducing Joe Rafferty for Emmanuel Adegboyega, while Leyton Orient responded with a double substitution as Sean Clare and Josh Koroma replaced Azeem Abdulai and Sonny Perkins.
