Krasnodar Fight Back to Edge Dinamo Makhachkala in RFPL Clash
FK Krasnodar recovered from a disastrous start to claim a 2–1 home victory over FK Dinamo Makhachkala in RFPL action on matchday 27, turning around an early own goal with a determined display.
The visitors were gifted the lead in the 4th minute when Diego Costa put the ball into his own net, giving Dinamo Makhachkala a 1–0 advantage before they had properly settled into the contest. Krasnodar, however, responded well and gradually asserted control.
The pressure told in the 29th minute. Nikita Krivtsov struck to level the score at 1–1, restoring belief among the home side and shifting momentum decisively in Krasnodar’s favour.
The match grew more combative around the half-hour mark, with yellow cards shown to Krasnodar’s Kevin and Dinamo defender Jemal Tabidze in quick succession. Further bookings followed after the break, including cautions for Hazem Mastouri and Juan Boselli, as both teams fought for territory and control.
Krasnodar completed the turnaround in the 66th minute. Jhon Córdoba found the net to make it 2–1, finishing a move set up by Giovanni González. From that point, the hosts focused on managing the game, while Dinamo Makhachkala turned to their bench in search of an equaliser, introducing Aleksandr Sandrachuk, Miro, Razhab Magomedov, Soslan Kagermazov and Kirill Zinovich.
Late on, tensions boiled over. Miro, already booked in the 87th minute, received a second caution and a yellow-red in stoppage time, leaving Dinamo Makhachkala to finish the match with ten men. Diego Costa was also booked in the 90th minute, capping a turbulent afternoon for the Krasnodar defender after his early own goal.
Despite Dinamo’s late push, Krasnodar held firm to secure all three points. Detailed statistical data such as possession figures, shot counts and full line-ups were not available at the time of writing.
